Thank you to all the teachers...

Miranda has been leading people to connect with their bodies, minds & breathe as a Yoga Teacher since 2007 & Pilates since 2012. In 2016, she become a Licensed Massage Practitioner (WA 60801030) which has led her to specialize in CranioSacral Therapy & women’s health. In 2018, she became a mom, which led her to pursue becoming an Innate Postpartum Care Provider & Holistic Pelvic Care™ Practitioner - building a bridge in maternal healthcare. She combines all her modalities to offer women a container of care for their physical & emotional bodies. She also offer men similar care in bodywork and movement therapies & education courses on preparing for postpartum for pregnant families.

She has learned that her difficulties are not a pathology, but in fact a result of the lacking support needed to grow, deliver and raise children. That old saying that it takes a village to raise a child is also true that it takes a village to raise a mother. The paradigm shifts to a mother (or parent) centered experience in which new parents are prepped for what is to come, they are seen in reverance, and taken care of wholly. She is grateful for the friends and providers that were able to fill the gaps, and looks forward to serving families.

In order to support folks in their journey I continue to stay active in my own journey of being a woman and a mother and practicing what I teach.
