Practice is geared to include all who arrive.  There is a soft focus on slowing down and witnessing your connections & wholeness - breathe, body, feelings and emotions.  Although slowing down is encouraged students are also led through heat building & strengthening practices that are modifiable.  I include traditional Hatha yoga poses, meditation techniques, sun salutations, flowing transitions, instruction for beginners, challenges for returning students, and time for deep rest.  I’ve also incorporated Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive techniques in all my classes.

My intention is to unite us, bring awareness to our darkness, & inspire joy & purpose. My first teachers was a long time family friend, on a vacation in Mexico while I was in high school, then came many teachers while I was in college in San Diego, CA. I've completed various trainings including:

Prenatal Yoga

  • 3rd Saturdays of the month, 9:30am- 10:30am in Spokane Valley, preregister on the “schedule” tab as these are small classes

  • Available in private session or small group by request
